Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Greeting guests in a friendly and welcoming manner and escorting them to their tables
- demonstrating thorough menu knowledge including food, beverage options, specials, and promotions
- accurately taking customers' food and beverage orders and communicating special requests or dietary needs to kitchen staff
- serving food and beverages promptly and professionally while ensuring quality presentation
- utilizing suggestive selling to promote additional menu items and enhance guest experience
- maintaining cleanliness and organization of assigned tables and dining areas throughout the meal service
- engaging with guests attentively to address questions or concerns and ensuring satisfaction
- presenting bills, processing payments accurately, and managing cash and credit transactions according to procedures
- collaborating with restaurant team members including kitchen staff and bartenders to ensure smooth operations and excellent service
