Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in food service or customer service is an asset
- ability to communicate clearly and politely with guests and team
- enthusiasm for hospitality and guest satisfaction
- capacity to handle fast-paced environment
- physical ability to stand, walk, and lift trays consistently
- willingness to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a server in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred but not required
- positive attitude and willingness to learn
- passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences
- excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members in a fast-paced environment
- strong attention to detail and accuracy in order taking, serving, and transaction handling

- ability to lift and carry trays of food and beverages
Job Duties
- Greeting guests in a friendly and welcoming manner, escorting guests to their tables
- having thorough knowledge of menu offerings, including specials and promotions, to provide informed recommendations
- taking food and beverage orders accurately, noting special requests and dietary restrictions
- serving food and beverages promptly and professionally, ensuring presentation standards
- utilizing suggestive selling techniques to promote additional items to enhance guest experience and increase sales
- maintaining cleanliness and organization of assigned tables and dining areas during service
- engaging with guests attentively to address questions, concerns, and ensure satisfaction
- presenting bills, processing payments accurately, handling cash and credit card transactions
- collaborating with kitchen staff, bartenders, and team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent service
