- Be authorized to work in the U.S.
- provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
- pass an extensive screening process including background check and drug screening
- be able to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
- possess strong problem solving skills
- have prior experience in security, military, or law enforcement preferred
- have state security license if required
