Job Requirements

  • Certified Patient Care Giver
  • Current ICC status as Patient Service Representative, Immediate Care Tech, or Clinical Support Tech (West only)
  • Basic Life Support (CPR) certified
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical demands include lifting/carrying up to 50 pounds and push/pull force up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • Current ICC status as Patient Service Representative, Immediate Care Tech, or Clinical Support Tech (West only)
  • Basic Life Support (CPR) certified
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical ability to lift/carry and push/pull up to 50 pounds
  • Minimum one year of ICC/Urgent Care experience preferred with proficiency in current role

Job Duties

  • Demonstrate proficiency in current role as Patient Service Representative, Immediate Care Tech, or Clinical Support Tech
  • Act as a role model providing customer service excellence using AIDET and NM phone etiquette
  • Address and escalate issues and complaints appropriately
  • Demonstrate proficiency in EMR registration, co-pay and insurance collection, clinical documentation, and downtime procedures
  • Coordinate the monthly employee work schedule
  • Participate in hiring and onboarding processes including orientation and scheduling
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and stocked environment including supply inventory and equipment maintenance
  • Lead or participate in daily huddles and support employee engagement activities
  • Prepare clinics for quarterly rounding and oversee lab POC testing and quality assurance
  • Assist manager with special projects and float to other ICCs as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality and attend staff meetings and committees
