Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Must hold a valid driver’s license for the state or a commutable distance from the state of employment
- One month related experience and or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to read and write standard English language
- Ability to comprehend simple instructions short correspondence and memos
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to effectively communicate in one-on-one and small group situations
- Basic math skills including addition subtraction multiplication and division with American money units
- Knowledge of customer and personal service principles
- Ability to operate a manual transmission is highly desirable
- Ability to perform parallel parking
- Must be able to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally and up to 50 pounds frequently
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods
- Valid driver’s license required
- Willingness to travel up to 5 percent

- Ability to add and subtract three digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's and perform these operations using units of American money
- Ability to understand 24 hour and military time systems
- Ability to understand rates applicable to time passed
- Ability to operate a manual transmission is highly desirable
- Ability to perform parallel parking
Job Duties
- Maintain pleasant friendly and professional demeanor with all guests coworkers and clients
- Greet guests within five feet using guest last names and a professional friendly demeanor
- Practice proper Towne Park phone etiquette and post up in designated areas when not completing tasks
- Park and retrieve vehicles while driving slowly and cautiously
- Assist guests with bell services and luggage storage including opening vehicle and hotel doors
- Assist guests with directions taxis reservations and other inquiries and provide information about outlets meeting rooms amenities and local attractions
- Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests upon arrival and complete all ticket information including key tag guest folio location of vehicle damage survey and claim check receipt
- Calculate and collect revenue for vehicles when needed
