Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in hospitality or recreational management preferred
- Ability to lead and train a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of pool maintenance and safety standards
- Ability to manage food and beverage service operations
- Must be able to handle emergency situations
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Redefine hospitality at Graton Resort & Casino while promoting company values
- Perform responsibilities according to company standards, policies, and procedures
- Train all pool team members
- Run scheduled shifts under department leadership
- Coordinate all cabana and daybed requests
- Manage shipments to be picked up and organized
- Enforce all safety protocols and pool rules
- Ensure the pool is clean, well-maintained, and water quality is monitored
- Supervise cleaning of pool decks, restrooms, and surrounding areas
- Greet pool guests and handle inquiries
- Resolve guest complaints professionally
- Organize and oversee pool events
- Collaborate with management on special events and promotions
- Conduct inventory checks for poolside equipment and bar supplies
- Ensure smooth bar operations and supervise inventory
- Monitor compliance with health regulations and facility policies
- Act swiftly during emergencies
- Supervise the spa during the off-season
