Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in hospitality or recreational management preferred
  • Ability to lead and train a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of pool maintenance and safety standards
  • Ability to manage food and beverage service operations
  • Must be able to handle emergency situations
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in hospitality or pool management preferred
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and health regulations
  • Ability to handle emergencies calmly and effectively
  • Experience in food and beverage operations is an asset

Job Duties

  • Redefine hospitality at Graton Resort & Casino while promoting company values
  • Perform responsibilities according to company standards, policies, and procedures
  • Train all pool team members
  • Run scheduled shifts under department leadership
  • Coordinate all cabana and daybed requests
  • Manage shipments to be picked up and organized
  • Enforce all safety protocols and pool rules
  • Ensure the pool is clean, well-maintained, and water quality is monitored
  • Supervise cleaning of pool decks, restrooms, and surrounding areas
  • Greet pool guests and handle inquiries
  • Resolve guest complaints professionally
  • Organize and oversee pool events
  • Collaborate with management on special events and promotions
  • Conduct inventory checks for poolside equipment and bar supplies
  • Ensure smooth bar operations and supervise inventory
  • Monitor compliance with health regulations and facility policies
  • Act swiftly during emergencies
  • Supervise the spa during the off-season
