Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
  • willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • basic computer proficiency
  • positive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • ability to engage effectively with guests in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent, college a plus
  • ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
  • sales experience is ideal but a positive attitude and eagerness to learn matter most
  • strong communication skills and relationship-building ability
  • comfortable using computers for daily tasks
  • experience in diverse industries such as finance and investments, real estate, luxury goods, fundraising, entrepreneurship, premium automotive sales, hospitality and personal services, solar sales, mobile phone sales, bartending, and canvassing is a plus

Job Duties

  • be a visible and approachable presence onsite at the resort and waterpark complex, engaging directly with guests in a fun, fast-paced environment
  • initiate conversations with guests to promote vacation ownership opportunities
  • convert warm leads into sales through personalized presentations and relationship-building
  • sell vacation packages by identifying guest preferences and offering tailored solutions
  • provide concierge-style service, recommending local attractions and enhancing the overall guest experience
  • collaborate with resort staff to ensure seamless guest interactions and maintain a positive brand image
  • work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
