- Ability to effectively communicate in the English language

- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Check guests in and out efficiently with friendliness and professionalism
- Accurately post charges to individual and group accounts and manage cash receipts and hotel banks
- Manage reservations including entering and updating group files
- Provide concierge services by advising guests on local entertainment and amenities
- Adhere to resort policies and report violations
- Maintain excellent employee and guest relations
- Collaborate effectively with other departments
- Monitor, sell, and post items from the Sundries shop
- Collect guest feedback and comment cards enthusiastically
- Work any assigned shift or schedule as required
- Perform other tasks assigned by management
