  • Ability to accomplish necessary tasks on a computer
  • Ability to effectively communicate in the English language

Job Duties

  • Check guests in and out efficiently with friendliness and professionalism
  • Accurately post charges to individual and group accounts and manage cash receipts and hotel banks
  • Manage reservations including entering and updating group files
  • Provide concierge services by advising guests on local entertainment and amenities
  • Adhere to resort policies and report violations
  • Maintain excellent employee and guest relations
  • Collaborate effectively with other departments
  • Monitor, sell, and post items from the Sundries shop
  • Collect guest feedback and comment cards enthusiastically
  • Work any assigned shift or schedule as required
  • Perform other tasks assigned by management
