Job Requirements
- high school graduate or equivalent vocational training
- previous experience in cleaning public buildings
- knowledge of proper chemical handling
- fluency in English both verbal and non-verbal
- ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy
- ability to prioritize and organize
- clear thinker capable of remaining calm and resolving problems using good judgment
- ability to follow directions thoroughly
- understanding of guest’s service needs
- ability to work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team
- ability to work with minimal supervision
- maintain confidentiality of guest information and pertinent hotel data
- exert physical effort in transporting up to 40 pounds
- endure various physical movements throughout the work areas
- reach 8 feet
- satisfactory communication with guests, management and co-workers to their understanding

Job Duties
- clean and maintain all items and surfaces in designated areas ensuring hotel standards of cleanliness
- maintain cleanliness of all floors in heart of house area including main hallway, IRD office, Acqualicious, HR office, banquet and pastry kitchen
- replenish and maintain staff locker rooms
- collaborate with executive housekeeper, assistant manager, floor supervisors, floor attendants, linen/laundry staff and engineering
- communicate effectively with hotel guests and visitors
- follow directions thoroughly and perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy
