Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to exert physical effort in transporting up to 40 pounds
- Ability to endure various physical movements throughout work areas
- Ability to reach 8 feet
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to work with minimal supervision

- Experience in hospitality industry in similar position desirable
- Previous guest relations training desirable
Job Duties
- Clean and maintain all items and surfaces in designated areas according to hotel standards
- Maintain cleanliness of all floors in heart of house area including main hallway, IRD office, Acqualicious, HR office, banquet and pastry kitchen
- Replenish and maintain staff locker rooms
- Collaborate with Executive Housekeeper, Assistant Manager, Floor Supervisors, Floor Attendants, Linen/Laundry staff and Engineering
- Communicate effectively with hotel guests and visitors
- Follow directions thoroughly and perform job functions with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy
- Maintain confidentiality of guest information and hotel data
