Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to stand walk and occasionally sit for extended periods
  • ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments with varying temperatures and conditions
  • clear communication skills to follow safety procedures and interact with guests
  • willingness to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • previous experience in a guest-facing role such as theme park attraction retail or hospitality
  • friendly confident communicator who enjoys working as part of a team
  • basic math and computer skills
  • flexible availability including evenings weekends and holidays to support resort operations

Job Duties

  • work across a variety of resort zones supporting smooth daily operations and outstanding guest service
  • welcome guests at entrances manage ticket scanning and admissions and ensure efficient guest flow
  • support retail operations including processing sales handling inventory preventing loss and identifying upselling opportunities
  • assist with shows educational classes and interactive experiences helping prepare venues and engage guests
  • complete opening and closing procedures in line with operational standards
  • liaise with leadership teams to help resolve guest concerns and ensure a seamless resort-wide experience
  • adapt to different roles as needed collaborating with your team to enhance every guest's visit
