Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand walk and occasionally sit for extended periods
- ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments with varying temperatures and conditions
- clear communication skills to follow safety procedures and interact with guests
- willingness to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- previous experience in a guest-facing role such as theme park attraction retail or hospitality
- friendly confident communicator who enjoys working as part of a team
- basic math and computer skills
- flexible availability including evenings weekends and holidays to support resort operations
Job Duties
- work across a variety of resort zones supporting smooth daily operations and outstanding guest service
- welcome guests at entrances manage ticket scanning and admissions and ensure efficient guest flow
- support retail operations including processing sales handling inventory preventing loss and identifying upselling opportunities
- assist with shows educational classes and interactive experiences helping prepare venues and engage guests
- complete opening and closing procedures in line with operational standards
- liaise with leadership teams to help resolve guest concerns and ensure a seamless resort-wide experience
- adapt to different roles as needed collaborating with your team to enhance every guest's visit
