Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Extensive leadership experience in luxury resort or hotel management
- Proven track record in handling renovation and capital projects
- Strong financial acumen including revenue management and budgeting
- Demonstrated ability to work with diverse stakeholders including owners and community partners
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills
- Experience in managing multi-faceted operational environments in a high-volume luxury resort
Job Duties
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Oversee ongoing renovation and capital improvement projects to enhance resort facilities
- Manage multiple stakeholders including ownership, guests, employees, and local community effectively
- Ensure adherence to luxury standards in product quality, service delivery, and maintenance
- Maintain financial performance through strategic revenue management and cost controls
- Promote a sustainable culture of learning, development, and employee engagement
- Represent the resort as a leader in the local community and Hawaiian culture appreciation
