Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in hotel or resort management
- Proven leadership experience with large, diverse teams
- Experience managing budgets and financial reports
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Flexibility to work varied schedules including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Proven operational experience in a high-performing property within a key U.S. gateway or resort destination
- Demonstrated leadership ability in managing large teams and driving quality results
- Experience in capital project management
- Track record of enhancing guest experience and maintaining Forbes Five Star standards
- Strong collaborative skills with senior leadership teams
- Innovative mindset with knowledge of current industry trends
- Preferably background in food and beverage operations
- Ability to engage with local community and stakeholders
Job Duties
- Oversee all aspects of operational divisions including guest relations, employee relations, quality control programs, and training
- Interpret and implement budgets, plans, and projects
- Lead a large, tenured team in a high-volume environment while maintaining superior quality standards
- Manage capital projects with proven results
- Drive exceptional guest experience and innovation in a Forbes Five Star environment
- Collaborate with senior leadership to promote employee engagement and strategic responsiveness
- Build and maintain strong relationships within the local community and support homeowner and member relations
