Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 3 years in experience with general maintenance techniques repair work and groundskeeping
- 1 year in supervisory experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of plumbing construction pool and grounds maintenance
- Proficient skills in operating various hand tools and power equipment
- Demonstrated ability to motivate and train staff
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency including the ability to use the Microsoft Office Suite email and internet
- Ability to respond to resort needs during non-business hours

Job Duties
- Follow up on work assignments to ensure efficient thorough completion of assigned work orders
- Perform water testing and other maintenance duties related to a well-water system or on-site water meters
- Oversee and assist maintenance team with all aspects of property maintenance and repairs of grounds and facilities such as lawns clubhouses pools streets curbs and gardening landscape
- Assist with the selection of all contractual services and supervise on-site contractors
- Complete regular inspections of resident sites throughout the resort
- Ensure staff is performing duties in a safe manner adhering to all safety procedures and properly using safety equipment
- Assist with move-in procedures including resale inspection authorization and oversee lot modifications
- Coordinate team member selection and development and ensure team members comply with appropriate policies and procedures
