Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- physical ability to perform cleaning duties including lifting and moving heavy carts
- strong communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- must be able to obtain all necessary work permits
Job Qualifications
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests team members and management in both written and verbal form
- ability to reach a height of 6 feet and transport push pull and maneuver a cart weighing up to 60 lbs
- ability to climb bend reach walk and stand for the duration of shift
- ability to tolerate chemicals cleansers and solvents
- must be able to obtain all necessary work cards
Job Duties
- Ensuring that guest rooms are clean and neat
- completing daily assignment of guest rooms within allotted time and perform general cleaning as assigned
- stocking and maintaining cart in a neat orderly manner at all times
- picking up rooms as needed based on occupancy
- delivering service with a personal touch
- delighting guests whenever possible
- maintaining an approachable sense of luxury
