- must have casual upscale experience
Job Duties
- pay is 23 per hour plus OT
- travel out of area for 8 to 12 weeks relieving other restaurant supervisor
- deal effectively with guests, employees and management
- manages various shifts in outlets
- creates weekly shift schedules
- work weekends and holidays
- withstand prolonged standing, stretching, bending and walking
- attend company meetings as required
- oversee standards of service and ensure they are properly maintained
- handle accordingly when standards are not met
