  • Minimum 6 years of progressive resort food and beverage leadership
  • Stable work history in an upscale resort
  • Superior time management skills with experience overseeing multiple teams, outlets, and departments
  • Proficiency with Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a hands-on environment at a fast pace
  • Deep understanding of food and beverage preparation techniques, health department, and liquor law regulations

Job Duties

  • Director of Food & Beverage Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Supervise and oversee all food and beverage outlets and activities to ensure timely execution and exceptional guest experiences
  • Lead departmental budgeting and regularly monitor financial performance
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, ensuring operations remain competitive and profitable
  • Uphold and improve quality standards across service and product offerings
