- minimum one year experience in recreation or health club operations or related area
- or two-year degree from accredited university in relevant field
- ability to perform employee duties in their absence
- strong interpersonal skills
- ability to handle multiple tasks

- legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications

- one year experience in recreation or health club operations or related professional area
- or two-year degree from an accredited university in Health Education, Physical Education, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
- knowledge of recreation management and guest service principles
- ability to supervise and motivate a team
- strong organizational and communication skills
- experience in scheduling and coordinating events
- customer service orientation
Job Duties
- Supervises and manages employees in pool and beach operations
- supports day-to-day recreation activities and operations
- monitors quality standards to meet customer expectations daily
- schedules events, programs, and activities including children’s and group activities
- manages maintenance, daily upkeep, cleanliness, and operation of cabana units
- provides personal assistance and emotional support to guests and coworkers
- manages vendor relationships for outside vendors such as water sports and scuba
- orders and manages supplies, equipment, and uniforms
