Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in hospitality management or related field
- Ability to stand sit and walk for long periods
- Capability to bend stoop and lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to administer first aid and manage emergency evacuations
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in hospitality
- Strong knowledge of boutique hotel operations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability in sales and event management
- Ability to multitask and manage diverse responsibilities
- Experience in team recruitment training and development
- Knowledge of standard operating procedures and training material development
Job Duties
- Partner with the general manager in managing all outlets and property operations ensuring seamless execution of daily activities and events
- Help recruit develop and train a high-performing team while fostering a culture of service excellence
- Actively network to drive awareness and engagement to increase awareness of the resort and generate group/event opportunities
- Handle inbound inquiries and nurture from lead to signature own the sales cycle and multi-task throughout
- Assist in developing all outlet sops training tools and operational materials
- Serve as the go-to expert on everything salt ranch has to offer
- Execute and/or lead daily services events or groups as manager on duty
