Job Requirements
- Education in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hospitality management or similar role
- Strong physical capability to stand sit walk for long periods bend stoop squat and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to administer first aid and direct emergency evacuations
- Proficient in written and verbal communication
- Flexible schedule to accommodate event demands
- Comfortable with multitasking and wearing multiple hats

- Proven leadership skills in hospitality or related field
- Experience in team recruitment development and training
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to manage sales cycles and client communications
- Knowledge of standard operating procedures and operational best practices
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Job Duties
- Partner with the general manager in managing all outlets and property operations ensuring seamless execution of daily activities and events
- Help recruit develop and train a high-performing team while fostering a culture of service excellence
- Actively network to drive awareness and engagement to increase awareness of the resort and generate group and event opportunities
- Handle inbound inquiries and nurture from lead to signature owning the sales cycle and multi-tasking throughout
- Assist in developing all outlet SOPs training tools and operational materials
- Serve as the go-to expert on everything Salt Ranch has to offer
