Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 6-months of related experience preferably in hospitality
  • outstanding organizational and multitasking skills
  • ability to implement administrative processes and support operations
  • proficiency with office software including Microsoft Office Suite
  • ability to work collaboratively and independently
  • obtain Notary Public if not in possession upon hire

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 6-months of related experience preferably in hospitality
  • outstanding organizational and multitasking skills
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • ability to work collaboratively and independently
  • associate's degree, college diploma, or CEPEG preferred
  • notary public commission for the State of Hawaii preferred
  • prior hospitality industry experience preferred
  • proficiency in Japanese-English translation desirable
  • basic knowledge of Hawaiian culture preferred

Job Duties

  • Supports administrative related duties and processes
  • collects proper documents related to incidents at the resort and updates leadership
  • responds to inquiries via telephone and email
  • provides administrative support for recreation programs and guest events
  • delivers outstanding guest and owner service
  • assists Food & Beverage department with event leads
  • arranges meetings and documents minutes
  • handles vendor inquiries professionally
  • maintains contracts and service agreement files
  • organizes HOA meetings including notifications and translation
  • coordinates VIP guest needs and accommodations
  • manages office supplies and administrative support
  • assists with house notifications and emergency information
  • receives deliveries for various departments
  • completes required company trainings and compliance courses
  • maintains compliance records
  • provides analytics on guest feedback
  • creates presentation decks and media tools
  • becomes proficient in branding, communication, and social media standards
  • works on quality assurance measures including inspections and brand standards
  • resolves owner and guest issues
  • performs other related duties as assigned
