Job Duties

  • Provide excellent guest service as it pertains to food and beverage outlets of the resort
  • promptly address guest service needs
  • complete beverage orders and requests
  • clean and stock all areas based on inventory control
  • offer ideas and suggestions to guests when ordering
  • serve wine, draught, and bottled beer
  • mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and other drinks
  • collect payment
  • prepare the bar area and supplies to ensure a successful shift
  • order or requisition liquor and supplies
  • assist in preparation of food orders
  • maintain high quality standards and follow all safety protocols
