Job Duties
- Provide excellent guest service as it pertains to food and beverage outlets of the resort
- promptly address guest service needs
- complete beverage orders and requests
- clean and stock all areas based on inventory control
- offer ideas and suggestions to guests when ordering
- serve wine, draught, and bottled beer
- mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and other drinks
- collect payment
- prepare the bar area and supplies to ensure a successful shift
- order or requisition liquor and supplies
- assist in preparation of food orders
- maintain high quality standards and follow all safety protocols
