Job Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including classic cocktails and custom creations
- Stay up to date on the latest cocktail trends and continuously innovate drink offerings
- Provide excellent customer service ensuring guests have a positive experience
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area following all health and safety regulations
- Stock bar with necessary supplies inventory control and restock items as needed
- Work closely with the rest of the team to deliver efficient and consistent service
- Handle cash and process payments accurately
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
- Be able to set up before shift and clean up after shift
