Job Requirements
- General food and beverage knowledge involving at least 1 year of front-of-the-house operations is helpful
- background in the service industry is a plus
- state or local law may require a certificate upon completion of an alcohol awareness/safety class as well as state-certified proper food handling certification

Job Duties
- Maintain bar area including keeping the bar top/counters and well areas neat and organized, ashtrays emptied and wiped out, dirty cocktail glasses removed and washed
- perform side work duties including cleaning assigned station and other responsibilities as assigned based on business needs
- serve food to guests at bar area maintaining proper steps of service and positioning of plate
- be ready and willing to assist fellow associates (bartenders, barbacks, servers, bussers, host/hostess, and management) as situations arise
