Job Requirements

  • Previous front office managerial experience
  • 12 months supervisory or assistant management experience in luxury hotel
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in English
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and guest complaints
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Strong leadership and management skills

Job Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Reading, writing and oral proficiency in English
  • Previous front office experience in a managerial role
  • Minimum 12 months of supervisory or assistant management experience in a luxury hotel
  • Ability to efficiently handle stressful situations and guest concerns
  • Flexibility, strong organizational skills and adaptability
  • Strong leadership and management capabilities to guide a team

Job Duties

  • Manages the staff at the front desk
  • Interviews, trains and schedules the staff
  • Conducts performance evaluations and disciplines staff when needed
  • Coordinates arrivals, departures and billing with sales and catering department
  • Blocks rooms for arrivals and resolves discrepancies
  • Assures all financial and credit procedures are followed
  • Follows up on credit problems with the front office manager or credit manager
  • Reviews paid-outs, rebates, petty cash disbursements and direct billings
  • Checks cashiers’ work to ensure transactions are reconciled
  • Takes action related to safety, security, guest satisfaction, and well-being when senior managers are not available
  • Responds effectively to hotel emergencies and safety situations
  • Resolves customer complaints with professionalism and hospitality
  • Assists customers with inquiries on hotel services and events
  • Responds to guest requests promptly and accurately
  • Checks guests in and out efficiently using guest names
  • Ensures correct room assignments and rates
  • Arranges luggage delivery
  • Issues keys and settles bills accurately
  • Utilizes computer systems for guest services and reporting
  • Complies with Four Seasons’ work rules and standards of conduct
  • Works harmoniously with coworkers and supervisors
  • Accepts reservations, changes and cancellations
  • Answers guest calls and directs them as needed in absence of certain staff
