Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to pass criminal background and drug screen
- Ability to maintain a pleasant and professional demeanor
- Physical ability to handle up to 100 pounds of force occasionally
- Capacity to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to stand, walk, run, and perform physical tasks
- Availability for AM, PM and overnight shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- One month related experience or training
- Knowledge of principles and processes for customer and personal services
- Ability to read and write standard English
- Ability to comprehend simple instructions and correspondence
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to present information effectively in small groups
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations involving money
- Ability to understand 24 hour and military time systems
- Ability to understand rates related to time passed
- Ability to operate manual transmission is highly desirable
- Ability to perform parallel parking
Job Duties
- Maintain pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests, co-workers, and clients
- Greet guests within five feet professionally and use guest last names
- Practice proper Towne Park phone etiquette
- Park and retrieve vehicles cautiously
- Assist guests with bell services and luggage storage
- Provide directions, taxi, reservation assistance and answer guest inquiries
- Explain parking rates and procedures, issue and collect claim checks, complete ticket information, and collect revenue when necessary
