Job Requirements
- Fluent in English, written and verbal
- post-secondary education or equivalent experience
- must have at least 3 years previous supervisory experience in luxury hospitality or residential
- strong mathematical, analytical, and business acumen skills
- work authorization to work in the United States
- ability to work flexible hours including mornings, days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays
- strong problem-solving skills
- excellent interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Be the first contact for any homeowner or tenant needs and concerns in the absence of the Assistant Director of Residences, ensuring the highest level of service and responsiveness
- coordinate and supervise the day-to-day operations of the residences
- oversee resident requests, deliveries, and assist with purchase orders
- lead training efforts between the residential division and supporting hotel departments to ensure service requests from homeowners and tenants are understood and completed timely and to the highest standards
- become familiar with legal and governance responsibilities of property management and resolve conflicts according to governing documents
- maintain and file records related to residence operations and expenses
- conduct orientations for new unit owners and assist with move-in and interior decorating or finishing procedures
