Job Requirements
- At least one year experience in hospitality or condo security
- Customer service background preferred
- Ability to lift and or move a 75-lb person in emergency situations
- Ability to rapidly ascend multiple flights of stairs
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with clean driver abstract
- CPR certification
- First Aid certification
- AED certification
- Current State Guard Card
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer literacy and typing proficiency

Job Duties
- Provides luxury personal customer service to owners and residents including bell services room service deliveries concierge-like services
- Maintains order and enforces all Capitol Place rules regulations and policies ensuring observance of applicable laws reports discrepancies and infractions to the General Manager
- Patrols all lobbies corridors public restrooms and other areas to detect violations
- Investigates disturbances complaints and accidents
- Confers with management
- Interviews guests and employees
- Warns or trespasses violators
- Cautions careless persons
- Renders and obtains assistance for accident victims documents information via incident reports
- Acts as first responder to emergency situations assists emergency and law enforcement personnel as needed
