Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 to 2 years of guest-facing experience in luxury hotels or residences preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with property management systems a plus
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Ability to lift up to 30lbs
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor

Job Duties
- Deliver outstanding service to homeowners
- Respond promptly to homeowner requests
- Oversee newsletters and communications
- Facilitate homeowner onboarding
- Manage homeowner portal and database
- Prepare pre-arrival reports and inspections
- Coordinate logistics for home installations
- Plan and execute homeowner events
- Collaborate with owner-facing departments
- Coordinate daily residence operations
- Support HOA meetings and documentation
- Coordinate vendor services and expense management
- Maintain Club and Association documents
- Develop departmental SOPs
- Ensure rental program compliance
- Assist with secure storage coordination
- Oversee OS&E and FF&E inventory
- Collaborate on financial operations
- Coordinate preventative maintenance and housekeeping
- Support real estate sales and transitions
- Address homeowner feedback and concerns
- Maintain flexible scheduling
- Undertake additional duties as assigned
