Job Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license with good driving record
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to travel throughout assigned sales area
  • Willingness to work long and sporadic hours including weekends
  • Physical ability to enter attics and crawl spaces regularly
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Dependable self-starter mentality

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in outside sales, preferably in a one-call-close residential in-home environment
  • Proven sales track record
  • Experience in skilled trades business model such as HVAC, plumbing, pest control, lawn care, roofing, or related fields
  • Ability to travel to pre-set appointments using company vehicle
  • Strong work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
  • Comfortable entering attics and crawl spaces regularly

Job Duties

  • Act as a residential sales representative for new and existing customers
  • Drive to assigned sales locations and meet with customers in their homes
  • Evaluate customer needs and present tailored HVAC options
  • Sell through relationship-building and one-call-close techniques
  • Meet and exceed sales goals consistently
  • Deliver excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
  • Utilize company-provided leads to maximize sales opportunities
