Job Requirements
- Prior housekeeping or professional cleaning experience preferably in a luxury hotel, resort, or residential environment
- excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
- strong time management skills including ability to multi-task, set priorities, and adjust to changing conditions
- willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- ability to operate all computer equipment necessary to perform the job with knowledge of HotSOS preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to lift, carry, and move up to 40 lbs
- US work authorization required
Job Qualifications

- excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with colleagues and guests

Job Duties
- Remove soiled linens and towels and replace them with freshly laundered items
- make beds to Four Seasons residential standards
- clean, dust, and sanitize all areas of the residence including bedrooms, living rooms, dining areas, kitchens, and bathrooms with exceptional attention to detail
- vacuum carpets and clean marble, hardwood, tile, and specialty surfaces using proper techniques to protect high-value finishes
- remove room service trays, dishes, or resident service items and ensure proper placement in designated service areas
- remove trash and recycling from designated bins throughout the residence and relocate items to appropriate disposal points
- submit all maintenance concerns in residences, public areas, or back-of-house spaces through designated work order systems and escalate urgent matters to Residential leadership
- add thoughtful finishing touches that elevate the residential experience such as organizing items, polishing glassware, cable management, and microfiber cloth placements
- restock amenities such as toiletries, stationery, kitchen items, and home essentials based on residential preferences and property standards
- treat all resident belongings and private information with confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism
