Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in janitorial or maintenance work preferred
- ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing
- strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks
- physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects and perform repetitive tasks
- excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork
- basic knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
- willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Duties
- perform daily cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting common areas including hallways, lobbies, and elevators
- ensure proper trash removal and disposal from designated areas
- keep outdoor spaces such as sidewalks, parking lots, and courtyards clean and debris-free
- monitor and maintain the cleanliness and functionality of common amenities such as gyms, laundry rooms, and recreational areas
- conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify and address maintenance issues, safety hazards, or cleanliness concerns
- assist residents with moving furniture, packages, or other heavy items as needed
- report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate personnel for resolution
