Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license (non-CDL)
- Clean driving record with no major violations in last 3 years or more than 2 minor violations including handheld device use
- Two or more consecutive years of driving experience in the USA
- Own vehicle with adequate auto insurance coverage
- Available to work Monday to Friday, 9 am to 1 pm
- Ability to frequently lift items up to 50 lbs
- Experience providing high attention to detail in cleaning and maintenance
- Ability to work independently
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
Job Qualifications
- Available to work Monday-Friday, 9 am -1 pm
- Valid driver’s license (non-CDL) and clean driving record
- Must have two or more consecutive years of driving in the USA
- Adequate auto insurance coverage
- Must have own vehicle
- Experience in cleaning and maintenance of facilities
- Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Job Duties
- Collect trash from all interior and exterior receptacles and common areas as needed
- Pick up loose trash and debris
- Sweep, vacuum, mop as needed
- Dust and wipe down areas as needed
- Wipe down interior walls and report if repairs or paint are needed
- Maintain exterior and interior entry and tour route daily and check throughout the day for upkeep
- Clean restrooms including wiping down surfaces, mopping, toilets, urinals, disposing and relining trash, refilling soap and paper towel receptacles
- Maintain doggie bag stations by emptying and relining waste receptacles
- Maintain doggie parks by removing waste and emptying and relining receptacles
- Remove and dispose of animal droppings on the property
- Report building damage or leaks with photo documentation
- Communicate with Operations team for additional waste-related services
- Take before and after photos for quality control
