Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license (non-CDL)
- Clean driving record with no major violations in the last 3 years or more than 2 minor violations including handheld device use in the last 3 years
- Two or more consecutive years of driving in the USA
- Ability to frequently lift items weighing up to 50 lbs
- Available to work Wednesday-Monday 8:00am to 1:00pm
- Must use personal vehicle for routes and have adequate insurance
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Strong time management skills
Job Qualifications
- Available to work Wednesday-Monday 8:00am to 1:00pm
- Valid driver’s license (non-CDL) and clean driving record with no major violations in the last 3 years or more than 2 minor violations including handheld device use in the last 3 years
- Two or more consecutive years of driving in the USA
- Experience providing high attention to detail in cleaning and maintenance of facilities
- Ability to frequently lift items weighing up to 50 lbs
- Able to work independently to complete daily assignments
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to work well with others in a team environment
Job Duties
- Collect trash from all interior and exterior receptacles and common areas as needed
- Pick up loose trash and debris
- Sweep, vacuum, mop as needed
- Dust and wipe down areas as needed
- Wipe down interior walls and report if repairs or paint are needed
- Maintain exterior and interior entry and tour route as first task daily and check throughout the day for upkeep
- Clean restrooms including wiping down all surfaces, mopping, toilets and urinals, disposing of or relining trash, refilling soap and paper towel receptacles
- Maintain doggie bag stations by emptying and relining waste receptacles
- Maintain doggie parks by removing waste and emptying or relining waste receptacles within the enclosure
- Remove and dispose of animal droppings found throughout the property
- Report any damage or leaks in the building to apartment staff with photo documentation
- Communicate with the Operations team for additional WX services such as waste-related repairs, pressure washing, and waste sorting
- Take before and after photos for quality control
