Job Requirements

  • work authorization in the united states
  • fluent english communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • capability to perform physical tasks related to cleaning and maintenance
  • willingness to assist team members and cover multiple duties
  • prior experience in hospitality is a plus

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in hospitality or janitorial roles preferred
  • strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • ability to work as a team player

Job Duties

  • keep public areas and restrooms clean neat and well supplied
  • keep all public areas neat vacuumed and dusted
  • clean mirrors furniture floors elevators and doors ensuring they are mark-free
  • remove all trash from areas
  • respond to owner requests and inquiries while in the lobby
  • answer guest questions and direct them to desired areas
  • communicate concerns or questions to owners and team verbally and in writing
  • assist with responsibilities and duties in the absence or heavy volume such as covering the desk and helping the end of day process
