Job Requirements

  • Work authorization in the United States
  • fluency in English
  • willingness to work a flexible schedule
  • physical ability to perform cleaning duties
  • ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • positive attitude and team player mentality

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in housekeeping or public area maintenance preferred but not required
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to work in a team environment
  • attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
  • basic proficiency in English language
  • ability to handle guest inquiries professionally

Job Duties

  • Keep public areas and restrooms clean and well supplied
  • keep all public areas neat, vacuumed and dusted
  • clean mirrors, furniture, floors, elevators, and doors ensuring they are mark-free
  • remove trash from all designated areas
  • respond to owner requests and inquiries in the lobby
  • answer guest questions and direct them appropriately
  • communicate concerns and questions to owners and team members verbally and in writing
  • assist team members by covering desks and helping with end-of-day procedures during busy periods or absences
