Job Requirements
- previous cleaning experience required
- must speak English well enough to be understood by an English-speaking customer and read English
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- complete a background check
- physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks
- available to work Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm
Job Qualifications
- previous residential cleaning experience
- ability to speak and understand English
- ability to read English work orders and directions
- good physical stamina for cleaning tasks
- strong attention to detail
- good communication and teamwork skills
- valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred
Job Duties
- clean homes thoroughly following Molly Maid standards
- use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and effectively
- read and understand work orders and driving directions
- work cooperatively in teams of two
- maintain professionalism when interacting with customers
- report any issues or damages during cleaning
- ensure punctuality and reliability during scheduled appointments
