Job Requirements

Must be 18 years old or older
Must be able to work flexible shifts Monday through Friday 7:45 am to 5:00 pm or until finished
Must have your own vehicle and a valid driver’s license
Must have a good work ethic and enjoy serving people
Must have a meticulous eye for detail
Must have aspirations for growth and leadership
Must be able to pass a background check

Job Qualifications

Experience in home health aide or caretaker roles
Experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping
Experience in carpet cleaning or general labor
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to work flexible shifts Monday through Friday
Good communication skills
Valid driver’s license and own vehicle

Job Duties

Perform residential cleaning services including routine maintenance and deep cleanings
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction
Manage flexible shifts Monday through Friday from 7:45 am to 5:00 pm
Ensure meticulous attention to detail in all cleaning tasks
Follow safety protocols and company guidelines
Communicate effectively with team members and management
Participate in the company’s Pay for Performance Plan
