- ability to use cleaning tools and equipment

Job Duties
- cleans scheduled residential units and/or office space and public areas in a proper and professional manner
- maintains public and common areas of the facility in a safe, orderly and sanitary condition
- must be able to identify and report the need for repairs, and unsafe conditions and respond appropriately in emergencies
- uses cleaning tools, equipment, and chemicals safely and per instructions
- performs special tasks, which may be chargeable to the resident upon instruction of the supervisor
- cleans interior and exterior windows on a scheduled basis
- uses carpet-cleaning equipment and performs carpet care as instructed
- makes and/or changes resident beds as scheduled
