Job Requirements

  • Ability to pass background checks including fingerprinting and employment references
  • Ability to pass a fitness for duty physical
  • Availability to work the AM shift from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
  • Willingness to comply with facility policies and procedures
  • Must be able to perform physical tasks related to housekeeping
  • Some roles may require disclosure of vaccination status

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently and follow directions
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to work in a senior living environment and demonstrate compassion

Job Duties

  • Cleans scheduled residential units and/or office space and public areas in a proper and professional manner
  • Maintains public and common areas of the facility in a safe, orderly and sanitary condition
  • Identifies and reports the need for repairs and unsafe conditions
  • Uses cleaning tools, equipment, and chemicals safely and per instructions
  • Performs special cleaning tasks as directed by the Supervisor, including carpet care and window cleaning
  • Makes and/or changes resident beds as scheduled
  • Responds appropriately in emergencies
