Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Two years cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred
- Regular attendance
- Ability to work flexible hours including some weekends and holidays
- Maintain confidentiality of resident and facility information
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Ability to cooperate with other staff
- Professional demeanor and attitude

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- May be working towards high school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of cleaning/housekeeping experience preferred
Job Duties
- Regular attendance
- Ability to work flexible hours including some weekends and holidays
- Requires cleaning and dusting of various surfaces such as counter tops, furniture, appliances, tile floors
- Clean, scrub, and sanitize bathrooms
- Gather and dispose of trash using specified bags and/or containers
- Responsible for keeping storage areas and carts well-stocked, clean, and organized
- Vacuum carpeting in apartments and common areas such as lobbies, hallways, and resident laundry areas
- Change resident bed and bath linens according to assigned cleaning schedule
- Assist in the main laundry room and other areas of the facility when needed
- Deliver resident's personal laundry as assigned
- Greet residents and announce presence prior to entering rooms
- Maintain clean and professional appearance
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Attend departmental education and all required in-service training/education
- Maintain confidentiality of resident, family, and facility information
- Respond to fire alarms and assist in resident evacuation when needed
- Cooperate with staff of other departments
- Represent the organization professionally
- Provide quality customer service to residents, guests, and staff
- Report housekeeping and maintenance issues for work orders
- Perform other duties as required
