Job Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Complete a 7 year nationwide background check
- Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks
- Availability to work Monday through Friday during the day, 8am to 6pm
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Valid driver’s license with a 3 year clean driving record
- Willingness to drive a company vehicle (for team leads)
Job Qualifications
- No prior cleaning experience required
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8am to 6pm
- Willingness to learn and follow a defined cleaning process
- Ability to perform physical housekeeping tasks
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for team lead positions
- Ability to work well in a team environment
Job Duties
- Clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards
- Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
- For team leads, manage the team’s schedule and drive safely
- Maintain equipment and ensure the car is loaded with housekeeping supplies
- Follow the proven house cleaning process to delight customers
- Work as part of a team and support colleagues
- Uphold company values of respect, integrity, enthusiasm, and fun
