Job Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- complete a background check
- physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks
- availability to work Monday through Friday during the day, 8am to 5pm
- must be able to communicate with clients
- valid drivers license
Job Qualifications
- No prior experience required
- ability to communicate effectively with clients
- physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and working overhead
- valid drivers license for team leads
- ability to work Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm
- willingness to learn and adhere to company processes

Job Duties
- Clean customers homes according to Molly Maid standards
- communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
- manage the teams schedule and drive safely (team leads)
- maintain equipment and ensure the car is loaded with appropriate housekeeping supplies (team leads)
- follow a proven cleaning process to ensure customer satisfaction
- work as part of a team
- earn tips based on quality and customer service
