Job Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Complete a background check
- Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, and perform housekeeping tasks
- Availability to work Monday through Friday during the day, 8am to 5pm, and rotating Saturdays
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive a company car (for team leads)

Job Duties
- Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards
- Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
- Manage the team's schedule and drive safely (for team leads)
- Maintain equipment and ensure the company car is stocked with housekeeping supplies (for team leads)
- Follow all safety and cleaning protocols
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction
- Adhere to scheduled appointments and time management
