Job Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Complete a background check
- Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks
- Available to work Monday through Friday, 7am to 4pm
- Willingness to follow company cleaning process
- Valid driver’s license required to drive company vehicle and earn additional income
- Bilingual preferred
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and overhead work
- Customer service experience is an asset
- Bilingual skills preferred
- Leadership skills for team lead roles
Job Duties
- Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards
- Communicate with customers and team members in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
- Follow company cleaning process and ensure highest customer satisfaction
- Manage schedule and drive company vehicle safely (for team leads)
- Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure vehicle is stocked with supplies (for team leads)
- Provide excellent customer service leading to client retention and tips
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet work goals
