Job Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Complete a background check
- Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks
- Available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 7am to 4pm
- Bilingual preferred, must be able to communicate with clients
- Valid driver's license required for driving company vehicles
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Valid driver's license required for team lead positions
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Physical ability to perform housekeeping duties
Job Duties
- Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards
- Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
- Manage the team’s schedule and drive safely (for team leads)
- Maintain equipment and stock cleaning supplies (for team leads)
- Follow all housekeeping procedures and safety guidelines
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction
- Collaborate effectively with team members to complete assigned tasks
