Job Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Complete a background check
- Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, and perform housekeeping tasks
- Available to work Monday through Friday during daytime hours, 8 am to 5 pm
- Bilingual preferred
- Ability to safely operate a company vehicle (team leads)
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- No prior cleaning experience required
- Ability to learn and follow detailed cleaning procedures
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record (for team leads)
Job Duties
- Cleaning customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards
- Communicating with customers and team members in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
- Following the established cleaning process to ensure customer satisfaction
- Managing team schedules and driving safely (team leads only)
- Maintaining cleaning equipment and company vehicle (team leads only)
- Delegating duties while cleaning and checking partners' work (team leads only)
