Job Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to complete a background check
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and overhead work
- Available to work Monday through Friday during daytime hours
- Willingness to undergo training
- Bilingual skills preferred
- Valid driver’s license for team lead roles
Job Qualifications
- No previous cleaning experience required
- Ability to work Monday through Friday daytime shifts
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Friendly and professional communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and safe driving skills (for team lead positions)
- Bilingual communication skills preferred
Job Duties
- Cleaning customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards
- Communicating with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
- Following all cleaning processes and company procedures
- Managing equipment and supplies while working
- Driving and managing team schedules if promoted to team lead
- Delegating duties and checking partners' work if a team lead
- Maintaining the company car and reporting any issues
