Job Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Complete a background check
- Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, and perform housekeeping tasks
- Available to work Monday through Friday, 8am to 4:30pm
- Valid driver’s license for team lead positions
- Ability to communicate with clients
- Bilingual preferred

Job Duties
- Clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards
- Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
- Manage the team’s schedule and drive safely (for team leads)
- Maintain equipment and ensure company car is loaded with supplies (for team leads)
- Follow company’s proven cleaning process
- Earn customer tips
- Provide excellent customer service
