Job Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Complete a background check
- Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks
- Available to work Monday through Friday during the day from 7:45 am to 5 pm and sometimes past 6 pm
- Must be able to communicate with clients
Job Qualifications
- No prior experience required
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Demonstrated leadership skills for team leader positions
- Ability to work well in a team
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Valid driver’s license for driving company vehicle
- Physical capability to perform housekeeping tasks
Job Duties
- Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards
- Communicate with customers in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
- Follow the company’s cleaning process to ensure customer satisfaction
- If a team leader, manage the team's schedule and drive safely
- Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure the company vehicle is stocked with necessary supplies
- Oversee the quality of work and manage team members during appointments
- Earn tips by providing exceptional service
